elicia is part woman, part tiger. She was a very powerful character in Darkstalkers, but that trait did not make it over into Puzzle Fighter. Her pattern is very similar to Chun-Li's, which automatically makes it a very undesirable pattern. She has rows of green and yellow on the sides, but 2x2 gems of red and blue filling the middle. Much like Chun-Li, the 2x2 gems really dont help to protect against a counterattack. I don't advise beginners to use her, but if you are a daring advanced player, go ahead and try her out. The qualities of a solid character are not found in Felicia.
